Once upon a time my goal weight was 120 lbs, but after years of extreme dieting, the lowest weight I have ever reached was 131 lbs and no matter what I did, I couldn't get it any lower. I hated the way I looked when I weighed 131 lbs - I was skinny, but being 5'7' with a medium-sized frame I was also sickly. So if I HAD to pick a goal weight at random I would say 120 lbs, but ONLY if it's possible for me to weight that much as still look toned and in shape ;)
Currently, I am following Chalean Johnson's TURBOFIRE 90 Day Workout. I am also adding in Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred on day's that I don't feel too tired.
I love working out and one day I aspire to run The Boston Marathon, but first I have to get my butt into shape!
